Ink Regulator & Anti-Ink Droplet Mechanism
The capillary hole near the tip, combined with a slender needle nozzle, regulates ink pressure at the needle tip and prevents ink from accumulating into droplets. This ensures long-lasting, consistent ink flow, eliminates ink pooling or splatter, and delivers clean stencils and crisp lines.
Stable:
V-shaped Needle Guide & Banded Stabilizing Membrane
Dual slanted ridges on the safety membrane press the needle shaft against the upper and lower V-shaped guides, offering a similar but enhanced feel to a rubber band securing a needle on bar. The zero-clearance design eliminates wobble and needle inconsistency, significantly reducing ink spitting.
