Our first patented tattoo needle cartridge introduced a stabilizing rubber band mechanism designed to reduce unwanted needle movement and improve control.

T-Tech was established to bring our tattoo equipment technology to the Canadian market and begin building the commercial foundation behind our cartridge development.

Capillary Ink Reservoir

We introduced our first cartridge with a built-in capillary ink reservoir — an early step toward managing how ink is held and delivered inside the cartridge.

This became the foundation for multiple generations of ink-management development.

We continued developing our ink reservoir concept, creating an improved internal capillary structure designed to retain more ink and support smoother, more consistent delivery to the needle.

We developed a safety membrane that does more than help prevent ink backflow.

We continued refining the internal reservoir, building on more than seven years of development around how ink is retained and delivered inside a cartridge.

Banded Stabilizing Safety Membrane

We further developed our stabilizing membrane technology with a banded structure designed to better support the needle and reduce unwanted movement and vibration.

Dual V-Shaped Needle Guides

We introduced upper and lower V-shaped needle guides designed to keep the needle running straight and stable during high-frequency movement.

The system helps reduce rattling and unwanted movement while supporting cleaner, more controlled performance.

We developed a new internal ink-regulation system designed to better control ink inside the cartridge and reduce common issues such as pooling, beading, and splatter.

After more than 20 months of development and nearly 100 prototypes, we created a new cartridge platform focused on two things: better ink management and greater needle stability. It brings together three patented technologies and our fourth generation of ink-reservoir development. More than an update, it represents the next step in nearly two decades of cartridge development.
