Ordering

When will the cartridges be available?

Spearhead cartridges are available now in select configurations, with additional sizes and groupings being released on a rolling basis. We’re scaling availability carefully to ensure consistent quality and performance. For updates on new releases and restocks, we recommend joining our newsletter or following us on social media.

How to place an order on this website?

Simply browse our products, select your desired configurations, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely. If you’re a tattoo shop interested in bulk orders or shop pricing, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll be happy to help.

Payments

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through our checkout system to ensure your information is protected.

Can I use PayPal?

Yes, PayPal is one of the most secure and trusted payment processing systems.

If you are experiencing any troubles checking out with a credit card, please process your payment via the PayPal checkout. This method of payment does not require a PayPal account.

Can I use any other payment method?

Yes. In addition to credit cards, we also accept Shop Pay for a faster and more convenient checkout experience. Additional payment options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

What currencies do you accept?

Spearhead offers you a choice of CAD or USD purchases. Our website automatically reflects prices in USD for users, but we leave it up to you to choose your preferred currency and method of payment! The tax will be added automatically for Canadian customers based on their payment information.

Shipping

Spearhead shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and destination. Final price will be available at the checkout before order confirmation.

Can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all Canadian provincial orders over $200 CAD excluding territories, and all American mainland orders over $200 USD. Order must total to $200 CAD/USD after any promotions. Excluding P.O boxes and military addresses as well. All other countries do not apply for free shipping.

Can I choose a shipping provider?

Spearhead reserves the right to ship your order with a different provider in order to ensure that the package arrives to you within your chosen period of time. We only ship with internationally recognized companies – Canada Post and FedEx that provide tracking number on all available options.

Domestic Delivery – We ship most orders via FedEx courier service and Canada Post. Your order will usually arrive within 1-5 business days after shipping.

United States - We ship orders via FedEx in order to cover all duties and tarifs. Your order will usually arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

International Delivery – We use Canada Post, UPS and FedEx for international orders. Your order will usually arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Please note: shipments to PO Boxes, APO addresses, and the following countries are delivered only via Canada Post: Brazil, Greece, Guam, Japan, Mexico and Russia.

What kind of taxes and tariffs should I expect?

All orders shipped within Canada are subject to Regional taxes added at the checkout. All international orders are subject to customs, tariffs, and additional taxes upon delivery. We cover all USA tariffs.

How quickly can I expect my order to ship out?

Spearhead strives to process orders as quickly as possible, within 1-2 business days. Orders received before 12:30 pm EST regularly ship out the same day. Orders received past 12:30 pm EST will usually ship out the following business day.

For a safe and timely delivery, make sure to update your address and contact information in your customer profile and check it before proceeding to checkout.

Domestic Delivery – We ship most orders via FedEx courier service and Canada Post. Your order will usually arrive within 1-5 business days after shipping.

United States - We ship orders via FedEx in order to cover all duties and tarifs. Your order will usually arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Please allow extra 1-5 business days for delivery to remote areas with all of the above providers.

Please note: We only display an estimated time of delivery during your ordering process. The dates are subject to change and always allow extra time for delivery. It is good practice to check your tracking number once you receive a shipment confirmation for an updated date of delivery. Spearhead is not responsible if your order delivery date or time is changed by the courier once it leaves our premises.

Can I ship the order to my house?

Yes, we ship to both commercial and residential addresses. However, we recommend shipping all orders to your store to avoid leaving deliveries unattended. Please note that Spearhead is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages delivered to a residential address.

Can I avoid shipping and pickup in store?

Yes, you can select pick up in store at checkout and the items will be available same day if the order is placed in the morning or at most next day if placed within business hours. You'll receive an email from us when your order is ready so no need to contact us.

We are also available for drop ins where you can pick out your supplies in store as well.
We are open 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, Monday – Friday excluding holidays.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Do you have a return policy?

As a tattoo supply shop, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the key points of our policy:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and provide details and images showing the issue.

Unsatisfactory Items: If you're unsatisfied with the product for any reason (excluding used or opened items for hygiene reasons), you may return it within 30 days of product(s) arrival. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs.

Do you exchange items?

Yes, here are the key points of our policy:

Incorrect Product or Size: If you received an incorrect product or size, we'll gladly exchange it for the correct item. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for the exchange.

Product Exchange: Unused and unopened items can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Additional shipping fees may apply.

There is also an option for credits to be used on your next order to avoid paying another shipping fee. Please contact us at support@spearheadtattooequipment.com for any exchange inquiries.

The item I received is defective, can I get a refund?

For refunds on faulty products please email us at support@spearheadtattooequipment.com with your order number, issue and pictures if possible.

When will I get my refund once my product has been received by Spearhead's warehouse?

Once items are inspected and approved to be unopened and unused you should receive your refund on your original payment method in 3-5 business days. We will contact you if your items appear to be open and/or used.

Are sale items refundable?

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I refund items in the store?

Yes, you may return your items in store within 30 days from delivery date or purchase date if obtained in store. To return items they must be unused and unopened. Please contact us at support@spearheadtattooequipment.com for refund inquiries.

Are my loyalty points refundable?

Unfortunately, once your points are used they are non-refundable.

Distribution/Sponsorship Information

Does Spearhead have official distributors?

At this time, Spearhead does not have official distributors. We currently sell directly through our website to ensure quality control and direct support. We do plan to work with select distributors in the future. If you’re interested in becoming a distributor or carrying Spearhead products, please contact us.

How do I become an official distributor?

To become an official distributor at Spearhead you can apply by going to our distribution page and clicking apply to become a distributor. You will then be asked a variety of questions that will allow us to determine if your company is suitable and the best possible discount you can receive. Does Spearhead sponsor artists?

Yes. Spearhead offers artist sponsorships on a selective basis. We work with artists who value clean, stable tools and honest feedback. Sponsorships may include product support, early access to new releases, and collaborative opportunities. If you’re interested, please apply through our sponsorship page or contact us directly.

Does Spearhead sponsor tattoo shops?

Yes, Spearhead offers discounts to shops who supply all their artists with Spearhead products. Please contact us at support@spearheadtattooequipment.com to see if this applies to your shop.

Does Spearhead offer discounts in general?

Spearhead will occasionally offer discounts for events such as Black Friday or certain holidays so please be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media so you don't miss out.

Product Information

How do I store Spearhead cartridges?

You should store your cartridges in a dry environment. Don't use cartridges if their blister seal is broken or damaged.

What is included in Spearhead quality control?

Every single needle is checked by a dedicated technical specialist before approving it to the assembly room. Our cartridges are assembled in a specially built Cleanroom with ISO-8 air-purification standards. After assembly, the product is double checked to have been EO sterilized and that individual blister-packages are intact before shipping

What patents do the products include?

What kind of materials does Spearhead use for their supplies?

Spearhead uses only medical-grade materials, including Type 304 and 316 stainless steel, as well as medical-grade plastic and silicone components.

With so many configurations, what are the best for certain aspects of tattooing?

It may be hard to narrow what configuration works best for you when shading, lining, etc when just starting out. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions regarding the type of cartridges you should use for your next project.

Is Spearhead Affiliated with T-Tech?

Spearhead is a separate entity from T-Tech, operating its own factory and managing its own operations independently. However, the two companies do share some of the same engineers who contribute to their product designs.
